In 2030 world’s energy demand will be expected to increase more than 50% due to the emission of high carbon dioxide. The one such energy with great demand is ‘renewable energy’ where 19.5% of the global energy demand was provided by renewable energy in the year 2015. Moreover, many government in the world have started implementing renewable energy source to manage energy demand in power sector, heating and as well as in transportation sectors. For the past few years, Solar Photovoltaic (PV) system, which is one of the renewable energy sources, has been making a great dominance in the global market. Maintaining the efficiency of solar PV panels after implementing has always been challenging since there are lot of factors that disrupts the efficiency. Out of which, environmental factors plays a crucial role in affecting the efficiency of solar PV panels.
Environmental Constraints :
Different environment factors have influenced to impede the efficiency of solar PV panels. Some of the major environmental constraints are dust particles, bird droppings, sea salt, pollen, shadows etc. These constraints affect nearly 50% of the energy efficiency from the direct source of sunlight energy received to the photovoltaic (PV) array. In order to be more effective, cleaning the solar panels with time consuming and cost effective is very important.
Solar Panel Cleaning System :
